A neighborhood bar and grill in Rochester, New York, was using dupe tickets to manage its sales receipts and ordering. After an unsuccessful start with a local company's software package, they bought Two Touch POS System. Unlike the company's former provider, Two Touch POS System and SBS worked hard from the beginning to get it right and have played a big role in keeping the establishment thriving and growing.

Some of the benefits realized with Two Touch POS System include:

Greater efficiency and reliability: Labor savings

Training
SBS Technicians provide training on the system. Based on reports from customers, it generally takes anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes to train cashiers. If employees need to learn all the features of the point of sale, it takes a day or two of working with the system.
were about 24 hours per week, or roughly $10,000  per year.
Tighter Control of Pricing: When a Server or Bartender enters a sale, they are no longer required to enter the price for the item in the system. They only need to know where the button for that item is, and the system
Security
Two Touch POS System has built-in security with customizable security by job description. You can control which employees can view specific information, grant or deny cashier permissions to change a price at the point of sale, enter opening and closing amounts, allow no sales, perform voids and comps, and set many other controls.
determines what price to charge based on the parameters you have set.
Improved customer service: When a customer purchases an item, the system sends the printed order directly to the kitchen where the cook can actually read what the order is for. Orders are coming out of the kitchen with a much greater degree of accuracy.
Support
Your purchase includes a support package that gives you access to phone-based technical support help from SBS and free software upgrades for the first year of ownership.
More efficient specials: Tightly controlled pricing gives the owners better financial results without having to stand guard over the registers.
